Ridge High School proudly welcomes Olivia Harpel as the new Head Girls Lacrosse Coach — ushering in a bold new chapter for the program.

Coach Harpel brings a championship mindset and a values-driven approach that’s already reshaping the culture of Ridge Lacrosse. Her leadership centers on confidence, collaboration, and integrity — empowering student-athletes to excel not only on the field but in the classroom and community.

With 14 years of playing experience and 12 years of coaching across multiple states, she’s guided athletes through elite competition, college recruiting, and personal growth.

A two-time All-American, Showcase MVP, and top-15 national recruit, Coach Harpel competed at Northwestern University and later earned her MBA from William & Mary, where she also served as a Graduate Assistant Coach.

Her career spans high school and club programs in New Jersey, Illinois, Virginia, Louisiana, and Pennsylvania, where she’s built teams defined by discipline, unity, and heart.

Now, she brings that same drive and vision to Ridge — leading a program that’s ready to rise, rebuild, and reign.

Our program is led by dedicated athletes and staff across all levels. Meet our team Captains and explore the Varsity and JV squads to learn more about the players who represent Ridge Girls Lacrosse.
